Branding
Workspace branding gives teams a clearer, more recognizable Praxsys experience across the app and related email notifications.
Alpha 3 also refreshes the Praxsys logo mark and app icons.
Workspace Identity
Workspace branding can include custom logo and highlight color choices, depending on the workspace template and user access.
Branding can affect:
- workspace cards
- workspace navigation
- project chrome
- transactional emails that originate from the workspace
Light and dark theme color values help the workspace stay legible across user preferences.
Logo And Color Controls
Where available, workspace branding supports:
- using the default template logo
- using custom light and dark logos
- choosing a Tailwind color
- entering custom light and dark hex colors
- previewing color changes before saving
Saved branding applies to the workspace. Canceling or leaving the page resets unsaved preview changes.
Branded Emails
Transactional emails use the relevant workspace branding when available. This makes invites and task-related messages easier to recognize.
Email branding resolves in this order:
- workspace branding
- template branding
- Praxsys default branding
Branded emails keep Praxsys attribution subtle. Custom workspace-logo emails may use the workspace name as the sender display name while keeping the same sender email address.
Current Limits
Workspace branding does not replace Praxsys identity. It does not change authentication branding, sender domains, billing identity, or per-user branding.
