Business
Business contains Client Profiles: durable business relationships that can connect people, Opportunities, and Projects without granting access by themselves.
Business is available to Space Admins.
Client Profiles
A Client Profile can include contact and address information, associated Client Members, Opportunities, Projects, internal notes, and system History.
Client rows can show relationship counts so Admins can see how much work and participation is connected to each Client.
Use Contact Info for basic and address details, with separate saves for each section. Email, phone, and website actions make it easier to copy or open contact details.
Client Members
Client Members are accepted members or pending invites associated with the Client Profile. Their Space capability, Project access, and explicit Opportunity sharing remain separate permission decisions.
Authorized Admins can invite a new Client Member or update eligible existing access from the Client details panel. Creating or selecting a Client Profile does not automatically grant Space, Project, or Opportunity access. See Sharing With Clients for the limited Opportunity view available to selected Client members.
Opportunities And Projects
From a Client Profile, authorized Admins can create an Opportunity or Project with the Client relationship already selected. Existing related Opportunities and Projects remain available from their relationship tabs.
Creating related work keeps the Client panel open and adds the result to its relationship tab. Opening a Project from that tab closes the Client panel and goes directly to the Project List. The Client link in a Project header opens the Projects index filtered to that Client.
Notes And History
Internal Notes are append-only business context for Admins. History records important Client lifecycle and relationship changes. Archiving a Client is recoverable and does not archive its related Projects, members, or Opportunities.
