Alpha 2 expanded the Praxsys alpha with collaboration, branding, and notification improvements.

Collaboration​

  • Mentions help teammates bring the right person into task and plan comment threads.
  • A mentions view collects comments where the current user was mentioned.
  • Private bookmarks let each person save comments they want to revisit.
  • Journals provide a private note surface for task-specific context.
  • Comment copy actions produce readable plain text.
  • Watcher controls show available actions in more relevant places.

Branding​

  • Workspace logos and highlight colors make Praxsys easier to recognize for each team.
  • Light and dark theme color values help branded workspaces stay readable.
  • Invite, task, and mention emails can reflect the relevant workspace brand.
  • Branded emails keep Praxsys attribution subtle.

Notifications​

  • Mention emails make direct comment requests easier to notice.
  • Ready-for-review, approval, due date, priority, assignment, and task-comment emails stay focused on the current assignee or directly relevant person.
  • Task notification links continue to take users back to the relevant work surface.

Projects​

  • Project Leads can be shown as a clear project responsibility.
  • Project member views make active members, pending invites, and read-only access easier to scan.
  • Member types describe a person's relationship to the workspace, such as client, collaborator, employee, partner, or a custom label.
  • Project archive navigation remains available for users with archive access, even when there are no archived tasks.
  • Workspace and project switching is more predictable for users with access to more than one workspace.

UX Improvements​

  • The help menu is simpler, with direct access to Praxsys, contact options, and documentation when configured.
  • Attachment image previews are cleaner, with filename, dimensions when available, and a download action.
  • Review empty states are quieter and easier to scan.
  • Workspace management is easier to reach from account settings when users need to review workspaces or pending invites.

Reliability​

  • Workspace branding renders more reliably in the app and in email clients.
  • Email logo links use safer public image paths for email rendering.
  • Task notification delivery is more precise for review, approval, due date, priority, and assignment changes.
  • Project Lead actions depend on the assigned Project Lead role, not on who originally created the project.
  • Public documentation now lives in this docs site instead of inside the application.
