Summary: Project-first entry, Plan Documents, request intake, Quick Replies, and collaboration polish for the closed alpha.

Alpha 3 expanded the Praxsys alpha with project-first entry, planning documents, request intake, Quick Replies, and collaboration polish.

Projects​

  • New project entry opens Work first, while returning users keep the last project page they were using when switching between projects.
  • Project navigation now centers on Plan, Work, Review, and Team.
  • Plan now contains Documents and Requests as sibling surfaces.
  • Legacy Plan and Work board links redirect to the active Documents or Work list surfaces.
  • Project toolbars use direct actions for the current surface, such as New Document, New Request, Submit Request, New Task, and New Section.

Plan Documents​

  • Plan Documents now have a fuller details panel with comments, Journal entries, watchers, checklist items, attachments, and activity.
  • Document creation can create a folder inline and defaults visibility to Team + Guests.
  • Document Status and Visibility can be adjusted from the list when the user has access.
  • Source previews now support common planning files, including PDF, CSV, TSV, and XLSX, while the original download remains the source of truth.

Requests​

  • Guests can submit project requests without receiving task creation or task editing access.
  • Requests support priority, desired date, rich-text descriptions, original attachments, comments, watchers, history, and image previews.
  • Managers can review requests, move them into review, create tasks from requests, or close requests with a result.
  • Request notifications open the relevant request details panel when available.

Collaboration​

  • Quick Replies let users respond to comments with predefined lightweight replies.
  • Quick Replies work on task, request, and Plan document comments.
  • Quick Reply notifications go only to the author of the original comment.
  • Comment, Journal, watcher, attachment, and panel-loading behavior is more consistent across task, request, and document details.

Work And Review​

  • Project task visibility now uses Team + Guests and Team Only labels.
  • Guests can inspect visible task details, comment with attachments, manage their own watch state, and create their own private Journal entries.
  • Approved tasks leave the active Work view while remaining available in Review.
  • Work and Review rows have more consistent compact metadata, mobile layouts, empty states, and return highlights after panel interactions.

UX And Reliability​

  • The Praxsys logo mark and app icons were refreshed for Alpha 3.
  • Onboarding is simpler for guided signup paths: create a workspace, optionally add business context, and land in Project Work when possible.
  • Table and compact panel dates are easier to scan.
  • Project route loading keeps the title, tabs, toolbar, and controls stable while only the body content loads.
  • Request access, guest attachments, watcher controls, task visibility, and project membership labels received reliability and clarity improvements.
