Summary: Image preview refinements, member recovery tools, invite link handling, and a clearer Projects index for the current closed alpha.

Alpha 5 is the current Praxsys alpha release. These notes summarize the visible product changes available in this release.

Image Previews​

  • Image previews now default to fitting the image height so tall screenshots and narrow captures are easier to inspect.
  • Fit and fullscreen controls stay available for all preview images.
  • When you change an image fit mode, Praxsys remembers that choice for that image in your browser.
  • Fullscreen remains temporary and does not persist after you leave the preview.
  • Preview headers and footers are more compact, and long filenames truncate more carefully while keeping the file extension visible.

Team And Invites​

  • Pending invite menus now include Copy invite link, making it easier to resend an invite when email delivery is delayed or filtered.
  • Suspended members stay out of the active team list and appear behind a Suspended filter when suspended members exist.
  • Owners and Admins with the right access can reactivate eligible suspended members.
  • Editing member access now supports accepted members and pending invites in the same flow, including capability, member type, and project access.
  • Inviting a suspended member again can reactivate the existing membership and apply the selected access instead of creating a duplicate invite.

Projects​

  • Project cards now include more useful scan data, such as last activity, open work, in-review work, Plan documents, member count, and created date where available.
  • Project cards use a clearer Open Project action for the main entry point.
  • Project shortcut menus can open Plan, Work, Review, Team, and Archive directly when those routes are available to you.
  • Internal project health details were removed from the public Projects index card layout.

Reliability​

  • Task asset, request attachment, and comment image previews now share more consistent sizing, controls, and filename handling.
  • Project shortcut menus dismiss more predictably when you click away.
  • Members and invite management flows are clearer when recovering missed invites or restoring suspended members.
