Summary: Connected client work, a unified Project experience, organized Package Assets, clearer Request outcomes, and more reliable collaboration.

Projects​

  • Project navigation centers on Overview and List. Overview brings together Packages, Requests, Files, and Team; List keeps To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done tasks together.
  • Projects use Draft, In Progress, Ongoing, On Hold, Complete. Open directly in List, or find Projects with name search and status or Client filters.
  • Task assignees come from the Project Team, with Add team member… available to eligible managers.
  • Admins can archive and restore Projects. The Space owner can delete eligible Projects with exact-name confirmation and recover them within seven days.

Dashboard​

  • Personal cards highlight tasks needing attention, assigned work, led Projects, Requests, and assigned Opportunities. Counts and previews reflect your access and link directly to the work.
  • Projects overview combines task progress with up to eight recently active Projects that are not completed. View all projects opens the full index.
  • Admins get Sales overview, with pipeline stages and Won/Lost outcomes from the last 30 days.

Sales And Business​

  • Track Opportunities from Lead through Won or Lost, with contact details, an empty Checklist to build on, internal deal values, win probability, and expected close.
  • Invite Collaborators to specific Opportunities without Project access. Share selected Opportunities with Client Editors or Guests for a read-only view of the title, description, and Checklist; internal details and collaboration remain private.
  • Connect Client Profiles to people, Opportunities, and Projects. Creating a Client from an Opportunity sets it to Qualified; creating a linked Project sets it to Won, preserving its history.

Packages And Requests​

  • Package Assets organizes files into named groups, with filename search and remembered Thumbnails/List views. Upload up to ten files at 25 MB each, with no cumulative Package attachment limit.
  • Packages use Draft, In Progress, In Review, Approved. Content approval requires a file and a message. Confirmed edits to approved content return it to In Progress; reorganizing Assets preserves approval.
  • Any active member with Project access can submit a Request. Requests use Open, Resolved, Cancelled, with required resolution or cancellation messages, reopening of Cancelled Requests, and manager priority changes while Open.
  • After resolution, optionally create or link one Task, Project, Opportunity, or Package. Interrupted submissions and task creation can resume without creating duplicates.

Collaboration And Notifications​

  • Comments support mentions, attachments, bookmarks, exact-comment links, and Newest first / Oldest first sorting. Discussion continues after normal completion or resolution.
  • Preview images, PDFs, supported text, CSV/TSV, and DOCX, including staged files before Save. Project Files gathers readable attachments with source links and original downloads.
  • Will be notified: shows removable subscriptions. Tasks subscribe their assignee, Requests their requester, and Packages their creator. Routine updates require subscription; mentions and one-time assignment/submission alerts remain separate.
  • One account email preference controls supported application notifications. Related updates can be grouped, and email reflects eligible Space branding.

Spaces And Settings​

  • First-time onboarding creates a usable Personal Space before an optional upgrade offer. New Space retains plan selection, with unfinished paid setup recoverable in Manage Spaces.
  • Login and signup offer Google, Microsoft, and GitHub, with invitation-aware account creation and sign-in.
  • Pro and Business support custom Space branding. Plan prompts, billing confirmation, cancellation controls, and immediate profile-avatar saving make settings easier to manage.

UX Improvements And Reliability​

  • Header search finds accessible Projects, Tasks, Packages, and Requests by name within the current Space, with grouped results and keyboard navigation.
  • List combines filters, grouping, column sorting, and saved manual order. Related Client navigation and panel loading are more consistent.
  • Common edits and comments appear immediately, with recoverable drafts when saving fails. Navigation recovery, large lists, attachments, and notification delivery are more reliable.

Beta 1 Availability​

  • Workflow and Forms are unavailable. Public Form links, embeds, and new submissions have been retired. Create Opportunities manually in Sales and use Project Requests for intake from Project members.
  • Standalone Approvals and Project Document imports are unavailable. Use direct Package Assets and Package content approval for current material and review.
  • The Space Business Info panel is hidden, with saved details retained. Built-in AI features are not included in Beta 1.
