Collaboration
Praxsys collaboration tools help teams coordinate around project work without moving the discussion away from the task or plan context.
Comments
Comments live inside the relevant work surface, such as task details, Plan document details, or request details.
Use comments for shared discussion, questions, review notes, and handoffs.
Supported comment composers can include pasted images inline. Pasted images remain comment attachments, so preview, download, and access behavior stay consistent with other attached images.
Quick Replies
Quick Replies let you respond to a comment with a predefined lightweight reply instead of writing a full comment.
Current reply options include:
- Looks Good
- Reviewing
- Noted
- Approved
- Agreed
- Thank You
Quick Replies appear beneath the original comment. They do not replace comments, create threaded discussions, attach files, mention teammates, or change task or request status.
Quick Replies notify only the author of the original comment.
Mentions
Use @ mentions in supported comment composers to bring a specific teammate into the conversation.
Mentions are access-aware. Suggestions are limited to people who can access the relevant project context.
Bookmarks
Bookmarks let each person save comments they want to revisit. A bookmark is private to the person who creates it and does not duplicate the comment.
Watchers
Watchers help people follow relevant updates.
Depending on the surface and your access, you may be able to:
- watch or unwatch yourself
- add or remove other watchers
- see who is watching a task, request, or document
Owners, Admins, and Project Leads can manage other watchers where the watcher controls are available. Other collaborators can usually manage only their own watch state.
Journal
Journal entries are private notes attached to the current task, request, or document context.
Use Journal for personal working notes, progress context, or reminders that should stay separate from shared comments.
Journal entries are not comments, mentions, time tracking, or a shared activity log.
Attachments
Attachments can appear as direct work assets or comment attachments, depending on the surface.
Guests can add comment attachments where they can comment. Direct task assets are reserved for users with task edit access.
Image previews show useful file context such as filename, preview, dimensions when available, and download access.
Image thumbnails and previews preserve screenshots without cropping where possible. Previews default to fitting the image height, keep fit and fullscreen controls available, and remember changed fit mode for the image in your browser. Fullscreen remains temporary.
Previous and next preview controls stay scoped to the image set that opened the preview.
