Projects
Projects connect delivery context, task execution, Requests, Packages, files, and team access under one stable Project identity.
Project Navigation
Every Project has two persistent tabs:
- Overview contains Packages, Requests, Files, and Team.
- List contains tasks across To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done.
Opening a Project directly starts in List. A remembered destination can restore your previous Project context. Project Settings and Archived items are available from the Project action menu.
Use Copy project link in that menu to share a link with someone who already has access.
Projects Index
The Projects index lists accessible active Projects, including Projects in Draft, In Progress, Ongoing, On Hold, and Complete status. Use name search and the separate status and Client filters to find the work you need. Status choices can be combined, and the Client filter supports search.
Project cards can show Client context or Internal Project, current status, open and in-review work, last activity, member count, and shortcuts to the Project's main areas.
Completing a Project does not archive it or move it into another product area.
Admins can select Archived projects to restore archived Projects. The Space owner can also select Deleted projects to recover a Project within seven days of its deletion request. See Settings And Archived for lifecycle controls.
Pinned Projects
Use Pin on a Project card or beside its name in the Space sidebar to keep it near the top. The pin button works without opening the Project. A filled pin marks a pinned Project; select it again to Unpin. Pin and Unpin are also available in the Project action menu.
Pins are personal and stay in sync between the sidebar and Projects index. Your most recently pinned Projects appear first, followed by unpinned Projects in newest-created order. Search and filters still apply. Pinning does not change anyone else's order or grant Project access.
Project Access
Admins can create and manage Projects. Other members see Projects only when they have Project access. Members with access to exactly one Project may enter that Project directly instead of seeing the complete index.
Every active Project has one Project Lead. The lead can manage Project-specific work where the relevant action is available.
