Projects
Projects organize planning, execution, review, and team access in one place.
Each project uses three main surfaces:
- Plan for requests and planning documents.
- Work for active tasks.
- Review for ready and approved work.
Work and Review show different views of the same project task data. Plan is separate: it contains planning documents and request intake instead of execution tasks.
Project Navigation
- Plan contains Documents and Requests.
- Work is the primary task execution surface.
- Review is the validation and approval surface.
- Team shows the people who can access the project.
- Archive appears for users with archive access.
The Projects index shows project cards with the main Open Project action. Cards can also show useful scan data such as last activity, open work, in-review work, Plan documents, member count, and created date. Shortcut menus can open Plan, Work, Review, Team, or Archive directly when those routes are available to you.
Project Tasks
Tasks are organized in project sections and can be edited from the list or details panel, depending on your access. New project entry opens Work first, and Praxsys can remember the last project page you used when switching between projects.
New projects start with a quiet Work empty state until a section or task is created. When needed, the New Task flow can create a section inline.
Current task fields include:
- task name
- assignee
- priority
- due date
- status
Task statuses are To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done.
Guest Visibility
Project tasks are visible to guests by default when the guest has access to the project. Owners, Admins, and Project Leads can mark specific tasks as Team Only where the task visibility control is available.
Guests can inspect visible task details, comment, add comment attachments, watch or unwatch tasks, and create their own private Journal entries. Guests cannot edit tasks, change task status, mutate checklist items, upload direct task assets, archive tasks, or change task visibility.
