Files

Files is the Project-wide view of material already attached to Project work. It gathers readable attachments from Tasks, Requests, Packages, and their comments.

Finding Files

Search by filename, filter or group by Attached to, and open the source link to return to the work. You can also group by uploader and sort the collection.

Images (including HEIC), PDFs, supported text, CSV/TSV, and DOCX files open a preview. Other formats show a file card. Download retrieves the original file with its filename, including the original HEIC image; previews do not replace it. See Attachments for preview controls and limitations.

Access

Files follows the access rules of each source. A file does not become visible merely because it appears in the Project-wide index. Guests and other limited members see only attachments from work they can read.

Uploads And Cleanup

Add files from the Task, Request, Package, or comment where they belong. Files has no independent upload or deletion action.

Remove attachments from their original work surface where your access permits it. Project Document imports and imported-document cleanup are unavailable.
