Project Overview
Overview keeps the Project's supporting context and collaboration together. It is one of the two persistent Project tabs; List is the other.
Overview contains:
Each area shows only the records and counts you can access.
Project Header
The Project header shows the Project identity, status, Client context when present, and an action menu. Depending on your access, the menu can include New Task, New Package, New Request, New Member, Archived items, and Project Settings.
The associated Client link opens the Projects index filtered to that Client.
Project Settings and Archived items are menu destinations rather than persistent tabs.
Project Status
A Project can be:
- Draft
- In Progress
- Ongoing
- On Hold
- Complete
Project status does not create a different Project type or route. Completing a Project does not archive it automatically, and Package content approval does not change Project status.
Admins and the current Project Lead can select any status from the Project header. Other Project participants see the current status as read-only.
