Team

Team shows who can access the Project, how they participate, and who currently leads it.

Project Access​

Project Access is presented as:

  • Manager for the primary Admin, other Admins, and the current Project Lead
  • Editor for members who can edit Project work
  • Guest for people with read-only collaboration access

Member Type is separate. It describes whether someone participates as an Admin, Collaborator, or Client without granting Project access by itself.

Project Lead​

Every active Project has exactly one eligible active Project Lead. The Admin who creates a Project becomes its initial lead, and an Admin can later transfer that responsibility to another eligible member.

The Project Lead is a Project responsibility rather than a Space-wide role. It enables relevant Project management actions without granting billing or primary-Admin authority.

Adding People​

The New Member flow can:

  • add an existing Space member
  • invite a new member into the current Project
  • choose Member Type and Access Level
  • associate a Client member with a Client Profile where applicable
  • make an eligible invited Admin or Collaborator Editor the Project Lead
  • review the invitation before sending it

Invitation access remains pending until the recipient accepts. Managers can edit eligible pending access, resend the invitation, or copy its link.

What Guests See​

Guests can see a reduced Team view with Member Type, Project Access, the current user's You marker, and the Project Lead badge. Email addresses, invitation status, and management actions remain available only to authorized managers.
