Team

Team shows who can access a project and what project-level responsibilities they have.

The page can include active members, pending invites, capability labels, member type labels, and Project Lead information.

Active members are shown by default. When suspended members exist, Team can show a Suspended filter so workspace managers can review them separately.

Capability Labels​

Capability labels describe what a person can do:

  • Owner has full workspace control.
  • Admin can manage members, project access, and workspace settings except owner-only areas.
  • Editor can edit project work where they have access.
  • Guest can view and respond to shared project work without editing tasks.

Project Access​

Some users can access all projects in a workspace. Others are limited to selected projects.

Team focuses on the current project. Depending on your access, you may be able to:

  • add an existing workspace member to the project
  • invite a new project-scoped member
  • copy a pending invite link
  • edit capability, member type, and project access
  • reactivate eligible suspended members
  • assign or remove a Project Lead
  • remove project access

Rows hide action menus when there is no action available.

If an invite email is missed or filtered, managers can copy the pending invite link and send it through another channel. Reinviting a suspended member can restore the existing membership with the selected access instead of creating a duplicate invite.

Project Lead​

A Project Lead is an optional project-level responsibility. The Project Lead is visible to the team and can manage project-specific work where the app exposes those controls.

A project has no Project Lead by default. Owners and Admins can assign one eligible editor as Project Lead for the project.

Project Lead is not the same as workspace ownership, Admin access, or member type.

Member Types​

Member type labels describe a person's relationship to the workspace, such as:

  • Client
  • Collaborator
  • Employee
  • Partner
  • Custom

Member type labels are descriptive. They do not grant project access or management authority by themselves.

Guest View​

Guests see a reduced member view. They can understand who is involved without seeing management-only columns or actions.
