Review

Review is where ready work is validated and approved.

Work and Review show projections over the same project tasks. A task does not become a separate review record when it appears in Review.

Review States​

Review focuses on:

  • In Review
  • Done

In Review tasks appear in both Work and Review. Done tasks remain in Review and leave Work.

Approving Work​

Checking a task in Review moves it to Done. Unchecking a Done task moves it back to In Review.

Done task names are shown with completion styling so completed work is easy to scan.

Done tasks leave the active Work view while remaining available in Review.

Review Timing​

Review can show timing signals such as In Review Since and Done Since where available.

These signals help reviewers understand what changed recently without creating a separate review workflow.

Review Details​

Task details remain available from Review. The same task details panel is used for comments, attachments, checklist context, watchers, Journal entries, and Activity.

Empty States​

When there is nothing ready for review, Praxsys keeps the Review surface quiet so users can confirm that no review action is currently waiting.
