Work

Work is the primary project execution surface. It shows active tasks that need coordination, progress, and completion.

New project entry opens Work first when possible.

Task List

The Work list supports task scanning and lightweight editing.

Current task fields include:

  • task name
  • assignee
  • priority
  • due date
  • status
  • visibility, where available to managers

Task rows can also show compact signals such as comments, attachments, checklist progress, mentions, and review timing where available.

New projects show a quiet empty Work state until a section or task is created. When no useful section exists, the New Task flow can create one inline. Tasks created from the New Task modal appear at the top of the selected section; the bottom add-task control still appends at the bottom.

Filters And Grouping

Current filters include:

  • All
  • Mine
  • Unassigned
  • High Priority
  • In Progress

Current grouping options include:

  • Section
  • Status
  • Assignee

Filtering and grouping are view choices. They do not change task data.

Task Status

Work focuses on active task states:

  • To Do
  • In Progress
  • In Review

Checking a task in Work moves it to In Review. Unchecking it moves it back to In Progress.

In Review tasks also appear in Review.

Task Details

Opening a task shows a details panel for deeper task context.

Depending on your access, task details can include:

  • editable or read-only task fields
  • rich-text description
  • checklist
  • task attachments
  • comments
  • comment attachments
  • watchers
  • private Journal entries
  • Activity
  • manager actions such as archive or visibility changes

Saved task titles are edited from the details panel. Quick add still captures the initial task title in the list.

When you can edit the task description, pasted images are staged near the description editor and saved as normal task attachments when you save the description.

Guest Collaboration

Guests can view visible task details as read-only content. They can comment, add comment attachments, watch or unwatch the task, and create their own private Journal entries.

Guests cannot edit task fields, move tasks, change status, mutate checklist items, upload direct task assets, archive tasks, or change whether a task is Team + Guests or Team Only.
