Workspaces

A workspace is the shared area where a team manages projects, members, settings, and branding.

During the closed alpha, most users enter through an invitation, then land in the workspace and project context they can access. Some accounts may also see a guided signup path for creating a new workspace.

Joining A Workspace​

  • Open the invite link from your email.
  • Sign in or create an invited account with the invited email address.
  • Accept the invite to join the workspace.
  • If the invite points to one project, Praxsys opens that project directly.
  • If the invite grants broader access, Praxsys opens the relevant workspace or project list.

If you are signed in and have pending invites, you can review them from Account Settings under Manage Spaces.

Creating A Workspace​

When guided signup is available, Praxsys asks for the minimum information needed to create a usable workspace:

  • your display name
  • workspace name
  • optional industry
  • optional company size

The optional business context can be skipped. When setup completes, Praxsys creates the workspace and opens Project Work when possible.

Workspace Access​

Workspace access is shown with simple capability labels:

  • Owner has full workspace control.
  • Admin can manage workspace settings and members, except billing and destructive owner actions.
  • Editor can participate in project work.
  • Guest can view and respond to shared project work without editing tasks.

Member type labels, such as Client, Collaborator, Employee, Partner, or a custom label, describe the person's relationship to the workspace. They do not grant access by themselves.

Switching Workspaces​

If you can access more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the app sidebar. Single-workspace guests and editors may not see the switcher when there is nothing else to switch to.

Workspace management lives in Account Settings, where available users can review active workspaces and pending invites.

Where member management is available, managers can review active members, resend or copy pending invite links, and restore eligible suspended members without creating a duplicate member record.

Workspace Creation Limits​

Workspace creation is intentionally limited during the closed alpha. Users with no workspace can create their first workspace, and existing workspace owners can create another workspace where allowed.
